HULDR is an experimental research project. It is unfinished. It may be wrong. It may break. It is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. The authors accept no liability for any loss, damage, or harm arising from its use, attempted use, or misuse. By interacting with the project, the website, the contracts, the SDK, or the token, you accept full responsibility for any consequences.

Experimental status

HULDR is in early development. Smart contracts are deployed only to sepolia testnet for smoke-testing as of the date of this page. Mainnet deployments, the SDK, the CLI, the relay, and any token are subject to change, removal, or replacement at any time, without notice. Nothing in this project should be considered production-ready.

Code in this project may contain bugs, design errors, cryptographic flaws, or security vulnerabilities that have not yet been identified. It has not been audited. There is no guarantee that any audit, when conducted, will identify all issues.

No warranty

The HULDR website, contracts, SDKs, CLIs, documentation, and any associated software are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, security, availability, uninterrupted operation, or freedom from defects.

No statement on this site, in any documentation, or in any communication from the authors constitutes a warranty.

No liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the authors, contributors, maintainers, and affiliates of HULDR shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or any other damages whatsoever, including but not limited to:

Loss of funds, tokens, digital assets, or cryptocurrencies
Loss of data, prompts, model outputs, attestations, receipts, or signatures
Loss of business, revenue, profits, opportunity, or anticipated savings
Service interruption, downtime, or unavailability
Errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in any code, contract, or service
Forged, malformed, replayed, or invalid receipts
Failures of any third-party TEE, payment rail, blockchain, oracle, or relay
Acts or omissions of any provider, validator, slasher, or other participant
Regulatory action, enforcement, or legal liability arising from your use

This limitation applies whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, and whether or not the authors have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

$HUL token

References to $HUL on this website describe a planned coordination/staking asset. As of the date of this page, $HUL has not launched. There is no public sale. There is no presale. There is no whitelist. There is no airdrop currently being conducted by the authors.

Any token claiming to be $HUL that you encounter prior to an official, signed announcement from this project's deployer wallet should be presumed to be fraudulent. The authors are not responsible for tokens, contracts, or projects deployed by third parties using the HULDR name, logo, or branding.

If and when $HUL is launched, it is intended solely as a coordination, staking, and governance asset for the protocol. It is not intended to be, and should not be treated as, a security, an investment contract, a deposit, a unit of an investment fund, or any form of regulated financial instrument. The authors make no representation regarding the regulatory classification of $HUL in any jurisdiction. You are responsible for determining whether and how the relevant laws of your jurisdiction apply to your use of any token.

Privacy stance — what we do and don't promise

HULDR is designed so that the protocol layer never sees prompts, model outputs, or caller identities. The authors maintain no database of payloads, no logs, and no analytics that touch user content.

However, the authors cannot and do not warrant:

That any third-party inference provider correctly operates a TEE.
That any TEE technology (TDX, SEV, SGX, Nitro, Marlin Oyster, Phala dstack, Atoma, etc.) is free from vulnerabilities, side-channels, or compromise.
That any payment rail (x402, Base, Ethereum, or any other chain) operates correctly, securely, or without downtime.
That any third-party hosting, CDN, registrar, RPC provider, or wallet is secure.
That a malicious or coerced provider cannot leak payloads outside the protocol's view.

The privacy guarantees of HULDR are only as strong as the weakest dependency in the request path. Use accordingly.

Third-party services

HULDR depends on, links to, or interoperates with third-party services and protocols, including but not limited to: x402, Base, Ethereum, Atoma, Marlin Oyster, Phala dstack, EigenLayer, Cloudflare, Hostinger, Namecheap, Coinbase, and various RPC providers. The authors of HULDR do not control any of these third parties and accept no responsibility for their availability, security, terms of service, fees, or behavior.

No professional relationship

Nothing on this site or in this project creates a fiduciary, advisory, agency, partnership, or professional service relationship between you and the authors. The authors are not your lawyer, your accountant, your security auditor, or your investment advisor.

If you choose to interact with HULDR — by reading the contracts, deploying them, depending on the SDK, integrating the receipt format, holding any future $HUL token, or contributing to the project — you do so entirely at your own risk. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the project.

Right to modify or withdraw

The authors reserve the right to modify, replace, deprecate, or withdraw any part of HULDR — including this disclaimer, the website, contracts, SDK, CLI, relay, documentation, and any token — at any time, without notice and without obligation. The authors are under no duty to maintain, support, or continue any aspect of the project.
